High School Senior Soloist Competition
Join us for Almost Carnegie Hall, our annual high school senior soloist competition. This thrilling event brings together the most talented seniors from across the state and will provide a chance to witness classical music at its finest as performed by these exceptional high school students. The final round will take place on Saturday, May 18th at 3:00PM, at the Melrose Highlands Congregational Church, 355 Franklin Street in Melrose, MA.
Meet This Year’s Finalists:
Bass Lazuli Clark from Lynn, MA is a senior at KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate High School.
Pianist Michel El-Ashkar from Billerica, MA is a senior at Billerica Memorial High School.
French Hornist and Trumpeter Lillian Friend from West Newbury, MA is a senior at Pentucket Regional Middle-High School.
Cellist Lazar Kaminsky is a homeschooled high school senior from Wakefield, MA.
Pianist and Trumpeter Owen Raizin from North Andover, MA is a senior at North Andover High School.
Pianist Samantha Zhu from Reading MA, is a senior at Reading Memorial High School.
